We know that for various reasons you might need to return the product. If you feel the  Grow Into Journal isn’t for you, simply email us at hi@growin.to so we can organize the return and process a refund. 

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your journal to request a return.

To start a return, send us your order number, products you would like to return alongside the reason for the return. Prepaid shipping label will be provided for US orders only by our customer support team.  

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER 

Return happens in three simple steps: 

1. Email us at hi@growin.to

2. Share your name and order number

3. Provide reason for the return



 

WILL MY SHIPPING COST BE REFUNDED?

The initial shipping charges won’t be factored into your refund. Nevertheless, if you are a US resident, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your returned order. 

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your order may take longer than expected.

You can always contact us for any return questions at hi@growin.to 

Your return will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
